1. Services

PokeMarshCardsLLC provides trading card restoration services, including but not limited to crease reduction, surface improvement, and aesthetic restoration. Results vary based on card condition and are not guaranteed.

2. No Guarantees on Grading Outcomes

Customers acknowledge that grading outcomes from third-party grading companies are entirely outside our control. Restoration does not guarantee a higher grade, regrade eligibility, or grading acceptance. Restoration should be viewed as an attempt to improve aesthetics and potential value, not a guaranteed grading result.

3. Industry Risk & Alteration Disclosure

Trading card restoration is an evolving industry. Grading companies actively change detection methods, and alterations may be identified even when unintentional.

By submitting cards for service, you acknowledge:

• Alteration detection is possible, though unlikely

• Approximately 4% of serviced cards may be identified as altered

• This risk is inherent and unavoidable

PokeMarshCardsLLC is not liable for cards deemed altered by grading companies.

4. Eligibility of Cards

We reserve the right to refuse service for any card or order, including but not limited to:

• Modern or vintage Japanese cards

• XY-era cards

• Poncho cards
  Acceptance is at our sole discretion based on condition and risk.

5. Payment & Invoicing

Payments are not collected directly through the website. Customers submit cards via the website and receive an invoice separately. Work does not begin until payment is received.

6. Sales Are Final / No Refunds

All sales are final.
There are no refunds, warranties, or guarantees on services performed.

While we are open to discussing concerns and may attempt reasonable resolution, this does not constitute a refund policy or warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability

PokeMarshCardsLLC is not responsible for:

• Loss of card value

• Grading rejection

• Alteration designation

• Market fluctuations

Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the service performed.

8. Customer Acknowledgment

By submitting cards, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms of Service and the risks involved.  By submitting cards for service, you acknowledge and agree that additional terms and disclosures are included in the read-and-agree submission form that you sign and include with your package. Those terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms of Service.
